The Ghent city festival is coming up fast now. So also the Freestyle sessions are coming up. Friday July 16th we have the kick off for 11 consecutive nights. All info can be found on www.dacru.be/freestyle.

Flyers are out there for a new and exciting chapter of Nova's Incident open air. The 2010 edition will happen at the same location we have grown to cherish as one of the finest ones in Belgium! On the line-up this year of course many Dacru talent amongst which we see Lamat and F.F.T from Mexico. Also legendary Talamasca will make another appearance at a Dacru event. The progressive bunker is hosted by Eargasm this year, the chill out by Mindmelt once more. For now you can have a look at the flyer for full line-up. By the beginning of summer we will open a party info page that should fullfil your every info need! For now you can already mark the weekend of August 14th and 15th in your agenda!

From Friday May 28th to Sunday May 30th the Spacedivers open air event is happening near the city of Graz in Austria. On the line-up we find some Dacru artists: Aquila & Bonas (for the first time in Austria!) and Sufi will be bringing their sets. For more information on the event you can always click here.

The next upcoming event for Dacru is a special one! During the Ghent city festival we will enjoy daily free electronic sessions. The venue is the 'Rabot', a historic monument where we have held some nights before. This time there will be 11 consecutive evenings in different music styles hosted by various Ghent based organisations. Friday March 19th is the date for the DeepBlueSea 6th Anniversary party in Kiel. It will be the first time for Aquila and Bonas to play in this northern region of Germany, close to Denmark. For more information on the event you can have a look at this link. They are filling the timetable from 1 to 4 in the night, party prime time!

Saturday February 27th is the date for a next Trance Orient Express party in the legendary church at the Ruigoord domain just outside Amsterdam, the capital of The Netherlands. For this occasion Dacru is sending in the Sufi live act, accompanied by the Oonah & Bonas dj set. These last ones will be presenting the Essentials mix at the event and if you arrive early then you can also get your hands on a free copy! Party starts at 23h.

The Essentials release is continuing on its strong promo run. The Mexican magazine on electronic music and alternative lifestyle Trance It is giving it some attention in their latest edition. They even set up a competition to win a few copies. See below to visually grasp what it's all about.

Dacru Records will be presented at China's most important online radio that is dedicated to electronic music. Go to www.udancecn.com. We will get a full two hours during the Magic Garden Concept show. They will talk about the label, the artists, play some single tracks and also the Essentials mix will be aired in full. It will be on air on Shanghai time, that is Belgian (Central European) time minus 7 hours. Below is some more info about the exact times. Thursday should be the first chance to catch the show. We have also included the info in Chinese for all our Chinese visitors. A number, we are sure, that runs into the thousands :)

The local Belgian radio station Crazy FM will be airing Essentials Vol.1 mixed by Dj's Oonah & Bonas on Sunday January 31st. You can hear it between 23h and midnight Belgian time during the program 'Underground Alert' hosted by DJ Domi Rè. That's at 105.7 FM for Ghent and 105.2 FM for Eeklo.

This coming Friday, December 18th, is the date for 8 Years Dacru. You can expect a showcase with some fine dj's in a historic monument close to the city center of our hometown Ghent. The name of the place is Rabot and is located right next to the tram stop with the same name. Entrance is free, but you can always show your support by getting some tasty cd's from our record shop! Everybody is welcome starting from 16h in the afternoon!

Friday December 18th we are celebrating 8 Years Dacru! Like last year we will be doing this with a showcase at Rabot, a historic monument in our home city Ghent in Belgium. At the event 'Essentials Vol.1 mixed by Oonah & Bonas' will be presented. On the line-up: Nemesis, Arjuna, Gnome & Sjama'dan and of course Oonah & Bonas. Sunday August 23rd the Aquila guys are organising a small and cosy open air gathering to spend your lazy Sunday afternoon, from 14h till midnight. The party got the name 'Afternoon in Trance' and is happening at Bar Motard, Vaarstraat 4 in Kaprijke. That's in the province of Oost-Vlaanderen in Belgium. The line-up consits of Aquila (live), Sufi (live), Ishtar, R'Deem and Bonas & friends. And the best news of all, it's free entrance!

Nova's Incident VIII open air 2009 will happen August 29th and 30th. The concept is known: 28 hours of cosy party time in an amazing location in the most beautiful part of Belgium, close to Liége, Aachen (Germany), Maastricht (The Netherlands) and Luxembourg. We have a main open air area offering mainly full on and oldschool goatrance, an indoor bunker area with progressive powered by Purple Snow and a chill out presented by Mindmelt. Some of the main line-up attractions are Khetzal, Kristian, Loop Generation and a big chunk of Dacru artists like DigiCult, Ephedrix, Aquila, Chronos, Sufi and more. The first weekend of September, from the 4th to the 6th is reserved for the Roenaissance festival in Italy! Also last year Dacru was represented at this amazing spot in the Alps near Bolzano and this year we are back with a nearly complete label presentation. Check their myspace for some impressions and if any way you can, then this festival is a must-attend! :)

Fusion festival is one of the largest and best organised alternative music festival in Germany, and Europe for that matter. The edition of 2009 will happen from June 25th to 29th. On the line-up of of the psytrance stage we see Aquila and Bonas! A perfect opportunity to go and see the guys present their full album 'Gain Control' in Germany. They will fill the timetable with a live act and dj set from midnight to 03.30 in the night from Saturday to Sunday. New Year's Eve is coming up soon! One party we have to inform you about is the Sinneswandel event that will take place in Winterberg, Germany. It will be organized in a very nice venue called Die Grube by two party crews being Tranceforce and Raum & Zeit. They decided to invite Aquila for a live act and Bonas for a dj set. They will fill the timetable slots from 3 till 6 in the night. Also worth mentionning is that the decoration will be provided by the Belgian Omicron team, known from our Nova's Incident events. As an extra we can already let you know that Isondu from Argentina has been added to make a special performence. They will take care of some eye candy. Along with Omicron who will be handling the decorations.

This year, for the first time, also our friends from the Amanita Muscaria crew are putting on an open air event. It will happen from Friday July 25th until Sunday the 27th. The location is a very nice piece of nature in the south part of Belgium. The line-up offers a long list of Belgian artists ranging through all different styles of the psychedelic spectrum. Saturday July 19th Sound 'n' Pepper and Nomathic are co-organizing the Attitude party in Ghent, Belgium. On the line-up we find Loop Generation live, Jeremy R aka Tapatwatr from Canadaand back 2 back sets by DJ's Oonah & Bonas, Neok & Dennlav and Ishtar & Alfa Toe.

One week ago the Ecoexistence festival was taking place in Portugal. Dacru sent out Ephedrix, Aquila and Sufi to participate in this friendly festival at an excellent location. Three Dacru records live projects will be taking part in the Ecoexistence festival that will be happening in Santarem in Portugal in the weekend of June 20th to 22nd. Next to Ephedrix, Aquila and Sufi the festival has some other interesting names on the line-up including Painkiller, Twisted Reaction, Audialize, Juggler, Bonas and many more. In August it's time again for our annual open air event in the most beautiful part of Belgium: Nova's Incident VII open air! This year we are going for the weekend of August 23rd and 24th to strike down in our amazing location near Liège (Belgium), Aachen (Germany), Maastricht (The Netherlands) and Luxembourg.
Not only the location is excellent, but also the line-up came together pretty well. Lots of live acts on the bill with Alternative Control (Serbia), Hydraglyph (South-Africa), DigiCult, Ephedrix, Aquila, Sufi, Melorix and Fraktophon. The dj list includes names as Daksinamurti vs Shivamoon (Germany & India), Kairon, Nemesis vs Oonah, Jimmy 9 aka Supernatural (Italy), Crispod (France), Psychic Om (The Netherlands), Sense vs Bonas, Strophoria, Dhartax and Smokonut. And as last year we also keep the progressive bunker running with sets by Cyryllo (Italy), Ishtar vs Ramses and Foose vs Leech.

Saturday November 10th the new talent at Dacru records is spreading its wings in The Netherlands. Aquila and Sufi will be playing at a Trance Mafia event at 'De Waakzaamheid', a famous venue in Koog a/d Zaan, which is situated very close to the Dutch capital Amsterdam. They will be performing alongside celebrated Swiss producer CPU. Also the party can count with 3 distinct areas, being the full on mainfloor, an alternative progressive floor and a chill out area. Don't start imagining things, this is just to let you know that we've added a set of pictures from the recently passed Naked festival. We were present with plenty of people from the Dacru family: DigiCult, Ephedrix, Sufi, Nemesis, Oonah and Aquila! See the pictures in the apropriate section.

In 2007 the Naked festival will happen again in the watercastle near Cologne in Germany. The dates for this year are July 20th until 23rd. It seems the organisation is pretty fond of the Dacru sound, after they had already invited DigiCult, Nemesis and Oonah last year we are returning with even more people of the Dacru family! Our good friends from the Mental Gymnastics crew are celebrating the 6th anniversary of their organisation on Saturday May 26th! For this joyful occasion they decided to invite some of Dacru's finest to come and play. Ephedrix will do a live act and Oonah will be playing a versus dj set with Sense. Other guests on the line-up include Bonas vs Darsim, Phasid, Gnome vs Sjama'dan and Yannick Thiry vs Psyvader. Decorations by Mental Gymnastics of course and visuals by Krakoog. Bonas & Darsim from the befriended Mental Gymnastics crew played a dj set at the Dissonant festival in Antwerp some time ago. They did this alongside Astrix, Xerox & Illumination, Ephedrix and many more. Now, because video's are cool, there's one online of this performence, it can be seen below. The music heard is a track by Aquila (the soon to be very hot new live act at Dacru Records) vs Evoice.

The event will last for 28 hours! From Tuesday August 14th 16h until Wednesday August 15th 20h. And for this time we've got a more then excellent line-up ready for you: no less then 8 live acts and artists from 5 different countries.
The main open air area will take you through a spectrum of psychedelic sounds with Khetzal (live, FR), DigiCult (live), Ephedrix (live), Avigmati (live, FR), Melorix (live), Aquila (live), Sufi (live), Kristian (UK), DJ Chaï (FR), Kairon, Nemesis, Oonah, Matt Loraine (UK), Psychic Om (NL), Marvin Koala (DE), Bonas vs Darsim, Sense, Phoelix, Gnome vs Sjama'dan and Phanthomaz vs Arjuna.
The progressive bunker will see the likes of Sanka (live), R'Deem, Ishtar and Ramses.
We will also have amazing decorations provided by JoTho and Tony from the Amanita Muscaria crew and by our friends from the Mental Gymnastics crew. The Scouts from Mortsel will be building some great constructions as well.

The weekend of April 13th & 14th are the dates for Belgium's biggest indoor underground city festival: Dissonant festival. This festival is spread over 4 locations and 2 days and is a celebration to all kinds of electronical music. The Belgian label Kairoo records is hosting the psytrance stage for the two days. On day one they offer a night of Belgian live acts and for this amongst others they have invited Ephedrix from our side! On the second night you'll be able to see people like Astrix, Xerox & Illumination, Lani, Kairon, Bonas vs Darsim, ...

This Friday March 30th DJ Oonah will be playing at the Twinbill's and Bonas birthday party. This sure to be extremely cosy Belgian party is organised by Mental Gymnastics and Purple Snow. There will be two rooms. The psychedelic room will feature Kairon, Gotamas, Sense, Bonas vs Darsim and of course Oonah. The progressive room will have names as Ramses, Ishtar, R'Deem and more.

We are quite early to announce this, but that's because we are making excellent preparations for a perfect party! :)

On August 14 and 15th of 2007 we'll be doing another Nova's Incident open air party in the south-east of our little country. A lot of names on the line-up are already known. For the main open air area we've got the following live acts: DigiCult, Ephedrix, Khetzal (fr) and Avigmati (fr). And a nice array of dj's: Kairon, Nemesis, DJ Chaï (fr), Oonah, Psychic Om (nl), Bonas vs Darsim, Sense, Gnome vs Sjama'Dan and Phoelix. And in the night time you will also be able to enjoy a cosy progressive set up with music by Sanka (live), Ishtar and R'Deem. More artists are to be confirmed but of course there's plenty of time for that. For now you should just keep the date free in your agenda!

Our little Amsterdam trip turned out very nice! Dacru's 5th anniversary was celebrated in a proper way and the music of our new release went down very well! We'd like to thank the people that joined us in the trip, our lovely artists, Benjamin and the Trance Mafia gang and all the people who've supported us the last 5 years. See you all again in 2007!

The bus service from Ghent and Antwerp that we are doing for this special occasion is going quite well. We've got a big bus ready with 91 seats and almost all of them are full. If you would want to have one of the last available seats, then contact us at info@dacru.be. We leave from Ghent station at 15h and from Antwerp central station at 16h.

5 years already! That's the anniversary we're celebrating Saturday November 11th. The Trance Mafia crew from Amsterdam is inviting us to The Netherlands for this occasion and we'll be there with almost our entire team! The line-up of the full on main floor is DigiCult live, Ephedrix live, Nemesis and Oonah. And there will also be a proggy floor where friends of ours will be doing their thing: Jonas vs Darsim and Ishtar.
This party is not only to celebrate 5 years of Dacru, but it's also a release party for our upcoming release Orientation Vol. 2!
The place where this all will happen is Club More in the city center of Amsterdam, a very nice, cosy and superbly located club!
For the occasion we'll also be arranging bus transport from Ghent and Antwerp in Belgium. For an excellent price of 25 euro you get the return transport, your entrance and a copy of Orientation Vol. 2! Anyone interested can contact us at info@dacru.be. Be fast, we have limited spots only!

Our next party is coming up soon now. It will be a 24h fiesta starting Monday August 14th at 21h. The party will not only be in the honor of eskimo's birthday, but it is also on to celebrate the release of the DigiCult full album 'Avenida de Bélgica'!

Saturday June 24th is the time for the next Dacru party. We've had a long break from the party organising business, but glad to be back! We are joining the Mental Gymnastics forces in a coalition to get this one organised! Cooperations can often bring nice things and it's no different this time!
The event will be the release party for the first upcoming compilation on Dacru records, named Orientation Vol. 1! And we've got a superb line-up ready. Top of the bill is coming from Switzerland and listens to the name of Freakulizer. Next to the Freakulizer live act we have DigiCult ready for a first live act in Belgium in over half a year!
Also the dj line-up is a must with names like these: Kristian, Thujon, Nemesis vs Oonah, Sense vs Jonas and Darsim.
And not only the ears will be spoiled, we're also taking care of some amazing eye candy! For this we invited a terrific vj team from Italy: Palantir! And from Belgium we have the visuals from Krakoog.
To top it all of the event is taking place in the center of our home beautiful home city Ghent!
